Financial Assistance for Families

We’re here to support your family
If your child has been diagnosed with cancer, we understand how overwhelming life can suddenly feel — emotionally, practically, and financially. We’re here to help ease some of that pressure.
Our Family Financial Assistance Program provides financial assistance to help cover essential household bills and everyday expenses while your child is receiving treatment in a children’s hospital. We support families with children aged 0–18 who have been diagnosed with a type of childhood cancer. We may be able to help with:
- Utility and household bills such as electricity and water, rates, strata fees and insurance
- Mortgage and rent payments
- Grocery and petrol vouchers
- Car expenses such as insurance and registration, repairs, services, tolls and roadside membership
- Phone and internet
- Assistance with funeral costs
