When a child is diagnosed with cancer, hair loss can take away more than just hair; it can take away confidence, identity, and a sense of normality. 

Wigs4Kids™ is one of our five programs, making today easier for kids with cancer.  Through this program, hair donations and fundraising efforts help create bespoke human hair wigs for kids in need, made in Australia.

Through the generosity of hair donors and fundraisers like you, Wigs4Kids™ offers children access to bespoke, human hair wigs that restore confidence and help them feel more like themselves, all around Australia.

How to fundraise and donate hair?

From donated hair to a bespoke wig

Every Wigs4Kids™ wig is handcrafted with incredible care by our partners at Ella Wigmakers.

Donated ponytails are carefully sorted, prepared and blended before wigmaker Sandra Buchan individually hand-knots the hair to create a beautiful, natural-looking wig made especially for a child.

Each wig takes many hours of patience and craftsmanship, with care and love woven into every strand.
