Raya was diagnosed with Leukaemia in February 2021. Before her diagnosis, she was like any other four-year-old. She loved pre-school, dancing, swimming lessons, dress ups and, most of all, playing with her siblings.
Raya’s world, and her family’s, was turned upside down as she had months of treatment at Westmead Children’s Hospital. Eventually she received a life-saving bone marrow transplant.
With the support of our generous donors, we were able to provide practical help and assistance to Raya and her family at the time they needed it most.
This month, our aim is to raise $50,000 to help other children and families dealing with the immense burden of a cancer diagnosis.
